4. Loan disclosures

APR ranges from 5.99% to 35.99%. Terms range from 6 to 60 months. Representative example: $5,000 over 36 months at 24.99% APR = $198.77/month; total repayment $7,155.82. Your binding terms will be provided in your loan agreement and Truth in Lending disclosure before you sign.

5. Electronic communications

You consent to receive disclosures, agreements and notices electronically, in accordance with the E-SIGN Act.

6. Non-affiliation

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OPM, the USPS or any government agency. References to federal or postal employment describe eligible borrowers only.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to provide false information, interfere with site security, or use automated tools to scrape the website.
